No. Petitioner supports preparation and exports the edited letter as a PDF. Counsel assembles the required forms, signatures, exhibits, and other filing materials and submits the petition separately.
Does an eligibility review predict approval?
No. The review helps organize evidence and questions for counsel. USCIS determines eligibility based on the petition and applicable requirements.
Can I change the generated letter?
Yes. The letter is an editable document with an outline for navigation, formatting controls, and PDF export.
